Verdict:  Benign.  They said the surgeon did a wonderfully neat job.  I do look a bit Frankenstein now the stitches are out, but I'm assured that if I take care of the incision for the next few weeks, it will hardly even scar.  My Mona Lisa *cough* visage remains intact.

I'm stunned, gobsmacked and flabbergasted.  I don't know what to say.  I really don't.  I'm just completely blown away by the effort, expense, and time y'all have expended to make my birthday such a great day.
